ASIC Physical Design Engineer

About the role
You'll join a small team doing ASIC and FPGA design work for our customers, working directly with the company's founders on real projects from specification to signoff.
What you'll do
- Take designs from synthesized netlist through floorplanning, power delivery and place and route
- Drive timing closure and signoff verification
- Build and improve automated, metric-driven design flows
What we're looking for
- Experience with physical implementation in advanced process nodes
- Hands-on experience with Cadence physical design tools
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering, or equivalent experience
